I just picked up this 03 Scrambler 500 the guy said it sat for a while and now he can't get it started I think it is due to old gas and dirty plug he said he messed with the carb and now I think it needs to be readjusted to stock settings. Does any one know the stock settings.

Main Jet - 155
Pilot Jet - 40
Needle Jet - Y-0M (896)
Pilot Air Jet - 160
Pilot Screw - 2.0 turns
Jet Needle - 6H25-94-3
