My bike is only 3 mons old and the stering is alredy loos. Does any budy hav this problem to and how do you correct it.The bushings seem to be fine. It looks like it is the plate that have the rivets in it. The plate is what moves

Anyone that owns a pre 2001 Polaris will experience what your going through. I'm suprised yours lasted 3 months. You need an HPD lower steering post bushing, $35, about an hour to install.

find them at www.hpd-inc.com

Quadfather is right however, since you bike is still under warranty i would make the dealer replace the bushing.

Sorry, I failed to catch that. I would still consider getting the new one and doing it yourself, otherwise, you will be in the same boat in another 3 months.
