Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

It would be close and on topend the 350 will out do a 400 Scrammy due to gearing. Now drop a pipe and clutching on a 400 Scrambler and watch the 400s and up try to beat you.

It depends on how you ride and what you want out of your bike.HPDs Trailpipe is a good one,RcR makes a good one as does Aaen. These all REQUIRE matched clutching. My personal fav is the Dynoport and it will work with stock clutching but does better with a clutch kit.

I've never seen a Raptor 350 that was stock for more than a week. It seems to me that all the Polaris automatics are geared kind of slow.

If going used find either an HPD Trail pipe or Aaen topend pipe. But you WILL need a matched clutch kit.If going new call Rick Ritter and get his Stage1 kit it comes with everything ready to go.
