ha ha, I was thinking of getting rid of those silly boat and atv pics and put in something more useful.
Oops, drifting off subject.
Did I miss anyone from CA and their prices? I saw $4.79 on the news today.

I live in/near Chicago and gas in the burbs as they say is only 4.12 for 87 and it is 4.62 in Chi-town! I am taking the RV (7mpg) and only driving to our closest ride spot and gas alone (including the quads) ran near $400. I am hoping the idiots on the AM station here in Chicago are correct and they are saying that the gas market is going to be like the housing market and the bubble is going to burst because the prices are going higher for NO GOOD REASON............I am not holding my breath BUT I am hoping for lower gas prices so I can get to some sand dunes before winter!

There were several places on the east side of town today that were $1.91 or $1.92. That's a heck of a lot better than the $4.19 I had to pay on my summer vacation. Gas is usually more expensive the farther north you go and a week ago it was $2.55 in the Soo (Sault Ste. Marie). I think that works out to $.67/liter. Maybe TLC can tell us how bad it was in Soo, Ontario. Diesel is about $4 now, down from $5.20 or so in the summer.
