Default Radiator Cover

I made a radiator cover for my Sportsman 500. I figure if i use this in addition to the stock cover I should be well protected.

Nice! You ought to market that with a bunch of different designs for the center.

Thanks, I have a second one made with the Chicago Bears "C" in the center for a friend I ride with. I'll post pictures when I get them mounted.

Moose- I wouldn't even know where to begin to get these marketed, not sure I want that many orders coming in. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] If you have an idea for a design I might be able to find another piece of scrap and make one up. As long as its not a copyrighted design, I don't want to end up in court.

You must have a Hurco or another CNC Milling unit.........We have these at our plant!.......
You set it in there with a program and sit back and wait....Caper

Default Radiator Cover

I'll make sure to snap some pictures tonight. I just got the plates mounted yesterday and there isn't enough light in the garage to get a decent picture. I do think I want to move the design down about 2-3 more inches as the bumper does cover it a bit. Always fun making prototypes.
