Default boot replacement

i ripped my left rear axle boot, the one farthest away from the wheel. is there anything special i will need other than normal hand tools to take things apart to replace the boot?

can anyone tell me the procedure to replace the boot? im thinking about tackling that this weekend.

Default boot replacement

I did it without special tools. Its good to have flat pliers with sharp end for easy clamp removal. Anyway next time I doubt I'll do the same operation by myself. I can't tell precise procedures, because I disassemble quite many parts. Quite complicated was old grease removal with finger, because it was mixed already with water. Good luck!
