Default high idle

i just got done installing the stage 1 kit form RCR. the idel is really high, the throttle cable is not pinched anywhere, i was adjusting the idle screw and that really didn't lower the idle that much, the idle screw was almost coming out and the idle was still high. what else can i adjust to lower the idle? any thing in the throttle box in the handle bars? please help. i dont want to take it to the dealer!

you sure the carb cable isnt holding open the throttle, or its high idle or slow to come down from an high idle could mean an air leak as well. just a thought. you could just rick up and tell him whats going on, as he is really good to talk with.

Default high idle

i got it fixed and it idle nice and smooth, comes down to an idle nice. for some reason when the choke and throttle cables were crossed it keept the idle up, so i took apart the air box, moved the gas tank and untweisted the cables and now it perfect.
