Would I need to remove the inside boot to replace the outside 1. I am thinking I should have done both at the same time if that is the only way on a SP500. If it's not a must would it still be easier. By the end of summer I may be replacing several.

 

No you don't have to replace the outer one. When you get everything off and out the way you sould be able to ****** the whole axle out of the machine. I have not done this on a polaris but have done it on others so back me up fellas.
