looking to buy a used 2006 predator (50cc)for my daughter...how fast do these things go (she is 8). guy is selling for 500, but says it needs top end work....what the heck does that mean and is it something that can be fixed relatively easy by a weekend warrior???

If you don't know what it means, you'll want someone else to do the work. It might only need rings, or it could be more complicated and a lot more expensive.
