OUCH!! I'm not going to go thru THAT much trouble!!! I'll just try silicone and if that doesn't work then let it leak grrr Water isn't THAT expensive! (they couldn't just make a seperate bolt on water pump geezzzz...)

My manual says you have to split the crank to change a oil bump as well.

Water bump or oil bump goes out, you might as well get a new ATV then pay a repair bill like that.

 

I have the Polaris manual< for the oil seal the case has to come apart I have done the watewr seal with out splitting the case I have a 600 to do oil seal and 800 to do water seal in my garage now! should be a better design!
