is this bracket a winch mount on the my wheeler.(image below).. there are two holes where somthing was mounted i believe a winch.. now if it is.. will a gorrilla winch mount to it?

i think it is but i canot see it good enougt to tell for shure i also think gorilla winches use 4 bolts to mount them like waren not shure on that tho superwinch uses 2 bolts to mount you can usuly drill the mount for 4 bolts if needed
