HI, I have a 04 sportsman 700 and I need to change the boots on the cv joints. I know how to get the axles off the wheel side, but don't have a clue on how to pull them out of the differential. Do I have to open the diff. up to get them off? Any help would be great. Thanks

 

i don't think its any diff than my scram.4x4 you jerk it hard+ sharp,i put my foot on machine. the trick is sudden...........

 

just yank it out? I don't see any way it would be held in unless it is clipped inside the diff. I'll try that. Thanks
