Hi all,

I posted this on another forum too, so I apologize if you are reading it twice.

My scrambler has developed a miss at full throttle. It's not bogging, it definetly sounds like an ignition miss. It will wind out just fine at 1/2-3/4 throttle but if I pin it, it stutters. Here's what I have checked so far:

ETC - working properly
Fuel flow - Good
Neutral switch - Good
belt and sheaves - Good
Override button - makes no difference
New spark plug

Air filter was pretty filthy. I will have a new one in tonight. There was also some moisture in the stator cover, i let it dry and resealed the cover and starter.

All things are pointing to a failing rev limiter... anyone know how to disable it if only just to test?

from what i have read about d/c the override is following a black wire to where its plugged in at and just d/c'ing ... im gonna try it this weekend while im installin this new 3000lbs gorilla winch..
