That's one of the advantages the 500s have over any of bigger quads. The ability to go over 100 miles on a tankful, depending on trail conditions. The longest ride I ever took was 123 miles and it barely had enough gas left to load it onto the trailer. I had saddle sores after that ride. I usually ride 40-75 miles so my friends don't run out of gas, and we don't get "quad-butt".
