gas in the oil

Default gas in the oil
what would cause gas to be in the oil i changed the oil about 2 hours ago ran it for 10 minutes and still a gas smell on the oil dipstick

check to see if the float is stuck open and pouring in the engine thru the carb. is the air box full of gas?

it was until i changed the float and valve seat maybe its left over gas from prior to the change ............. i change it again to be sure thanks.

needle seat worn out?? if the needle seat wears out gas will flood the cylinder?
