Default mini bike modification

I have a 3.5 hp mini bike that runs well. My question is if i put a bigger sprocket on the engine and a smaller one on the axle will it go faster? Will it be too hard to start up? A quick answer would be most appreciated!! Thanks!

Default mini bike modification

bigger sprocket on engine=more top end

bigger sprocket on axle=more low end

it all has to do with the gear ratios between the 2 gears.

PS: i didnt know Polaris made mini bikes??? LOL
