I turned the adjusting screw with the nut on it on the throttle control all the way in but my son's 200cc Phoenix is still crusin' about 30 MPH. Is there another way I can slow this down? Thanks, Lak.......

open up the throttle case "on the handle bars" and drop a quarter inch nut in between the case and the lever you will see where to drop it at to act like a throttle stop if that is still to fast switch to a larger nut it works pretty good.

i just bought an 08, there is no throttle adjustments for that. I looked in my manual and it didn't refer to anyway to slow it down. I would suggest you make sometype of a throttle depression block.
