Default blowing spark plug

I have a 06 Sportsman 800 and it seems after about 45-60 minutes of riding it blows out the left side spark plug. Or if I use the winch it blows the plug. As soon as I change it, it starts right up and runs great for awhile. I talked to Polaris and they said the air flow was being restricted. Air filter is clean and so is the air flow tunnel. Any ideas please let me know, don't want to take to Polaris and have them tell me they cant find anything wrong. Has about 55 hours and 450 miles on it.

is is fouling the plug out or pushing it out of the hole? if its fouling the plug i would do a compression test maybe to make sure there isnt massive blow by. just a thought.

It is fouling out the plug. Have not done a compression check yet. Not sure what you mean by a blow by, but I will have the compression checked. Thank you for the input

if it had a bad oil ring on that cyclinder then the oil would come up past the piston to the spark plug. seems like you would see smoke from the the exhaust if it was burning oil.

Leaking injector maybe? You could swap the injectors and see if the problem moves to the other side. If it was a clogged filter of intake tract it would foul both cylinders most likely. Are you getting any smoke? Good idea to to a compression check as suggested also, but I would think is it was low enough to cause fouled plugs it would idle and run like crap. If it is oil fouled you can tell that by looking, it looks completely different than fuel fouling. If you don't know the difference post up a pic of a fouled plug and we'll look at it for ya. It needs to be a good clear picture though.

Oh and the winch part is weird..what do you mean? Are you puling with the ATV when winching or letting the winch do the work? Just trying to figure out if you are using the engine or if taxing the electrical system is causing it to foul a plug? Lastly any diagnostic codes?

I am not getting any smoke, It will probably be a week or so before I can have the compression checked, Polaris is busy this time of year. As far as the winch fouling the plug, not sure. could be just a coincident but the last two times I used the winch it fouled the plug. I let the winch do the work, was not in reverse trying to pull the other machine out. Just holding the brake and pushing the winch button. And nothing is showing for a diagnostic codes. I have champion plugs in there, I read one of the comments that they are bad plugs to have, could that be part of it?

sounds like a injector issue to me.As far as plugs go thats a personal preferance but some run better with x brand over y brand plugs but polaris is more likely too run better with NGK......Anyway look into the injectors and or a electrical problem over the plugs for now.....
