Right now it is not turning on at all. I am going to try and find some time today to dig into it a little bit. I downloaded the maintenance manual last night so that should help.

Disconnect radiator thermister from harness, use small needle nose pliers or paper clip and with key on touch both posts on harness,if fan comes on,possibly thermister,if not fan bad or short in harness,also can apply 12 volts directly to fan motor
