I have asked every auto parts store around here and while my spanish is not that good I think they have told me they do not have these, is there a particular store that I may have missed?

Now that your done and not in a rush - look around, I went to the local -Motor Supply- auto parts store and bought the tool that tightens and clips off the excess all in one shot. Its not Snap-On quality but still has lifetime warranty and cost me $22. and the clamps are $3. and some change, sold individually or in packages of 6.

For $11.99 these are the best I have tried to use out of over half a dozen pairs, best part is they DO NOT require Polaris cv bands I been using automotive bands @ 1.99 to 3.99ea. Simple and have pictures to follow for those of us reading impaired-lol-they are super easy to use and any Motor Supply or Nappa ussually has them in stock -- http://www.mechanicstoolsupply...300_A_productID_E_2331 --- you can never have enough tools.
