I recently bought 2002 325 trailboss for my son. Was looking for a couple of ideas to get a little more power out of it.

Gwet either a Polaris white clutch spring(stock on a 400 Scrambler 2000or 2001) or the EPI pink spring.$30 and a decent gain in power.

 

was looking at hot seat performance today they have a kit for around 650.00 it has a complete exaust system jet kit a k&n filter new clutch springs and weights a new helix but didnt really say how much more power it made.

 

My father in law got a stage 1 kit from Ritter Cycle for about $350 shipped. That was about 2 years ago but it came with an air filter, clutch spring, jets, and exhaust. It's a little snappier and it sounds alot better. I can also vouch for the customer service as I called him about the jetting.
