Default Sp800 header on 06 Sp 700

I have an 06 Sportsman 700 and have noticed that alot of people are putting 800 headers on their 700's. What year of the 800 will work. I have noticed that the 06 800's seem to be a sinlge assembly from head to muffler
and 08 800's have a two piece header. Will either work, if so which one is better. Thanks

i would go with the 2 piece, had 2 one piece header pipes break on mine, actually went back to stock with the muffler and can't really feel a difference

the 800 header pipe has a bigger hole for better flow. i beleave that and air box cover has an bigger opening as well to make a little more power.

use the dual header 2 into one pipe from the '05-06 sp800. in '07 they went back to the Y pipe (like on the sp700) on non daul exhaust 800s.
