exhaust
#1
this past weekend i bought an 01 trailblazer 250. i got it dirt cheap and the only thing wrong was that the guy installed the floats upside down and the fuel filter was hindering the flow of fuel. i've got a question. which exhaust would be better for all around performance. RCR or FMF. now im pretty sure i'm going to get nothing but RCR kudos, but i'm wondering has anyone used the FMF Fatty Gold? I've read pros and cons for the ritter pipe but havent heard much about the FMF.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I wouldn't worry about exhaust on a 250, but thats my opinion. Get some nice tires, maybe change the sproket. That will make it quicker or faster depending on your combo. The gains from an exhaust would be the same if you took a big dump before you rode instead.

I aggree. Hotseat performance has a good combo kit with a pipe, clutch kit, and the proper jetting asa a kit that will really wake that thing up. I'm sure others do to but I have put several of the hotseat kits on and they are great. The clutch kits they offer come as a full package. New springs, wieghts, and helix based on what you want to do. They'll even set it up custom if you give them a call. They have done extensive teating on alot of the polaris models.

So that's why my Trailblazer was too slow! I was just full of **it.

LoL.
I like how exhaust sounds, but never noticed any "seat of the pants" gains in any atv/snowmoble/truck I have ever owned.

whaat
on a 2 stroke exhaust makes it or breaks it
On my 300 eX 4 stroker
the head pipe and exhaust really woke it up
Head to head with my friends 01 that has E series muffler and stock header
I toast him every time
