Teeroy, I don't know how to append a picture in this forum. So...I'll explain what I did.....

I cut a piece about 6" wide by about 10" tall. I took off the black plastic filler over the exhaust area on the right side and duct taped it along the top 6" edge and the bottom of it to the black cover and then replaced the cover. It only covers the front part of the opening, still letting air out the rear part but stopping a lot of the radiating heat coming out on my leg. I hope this helps. You could even make it a little wider, as long as you leave some opening for heat to escape.
