Default need help with 2000 scrambler 500

i recently bought a 200 scrambler 500 4x4,the battery will not stay charged,so i was going to check the voltage regulator and it looks like there is not even on there, when i pulled the hood i found 3 empty harnesses,2 come from the main wiring harness and the other comes from by the front wheel.

first harness is a female w/ 2 plug ins,has 3 wires-2 red and white and a brn and white

2nd harness is same as first but has- 2 black wires and a gray and orange wire

the one that goes by the wheel hooks up to what looks like a sensor on the brake caliper mount,it has- 1 red wire,1 white wire,1 black wire, and no sign of a regulator under the hood.
