800 Locking in 4wd at high speeds??

Fill with kerosene and run it a bit. Change fluid 2 more times.

800 Locking in 4wd at high speeds??

THe roller cage is it then. THe springs that are made into the cage can get weak and let it roll into AWD. Sorry, I thought you had already replaced it so I didn't mention it. I have replaced 2 cages for doing this. One done it in reverse only and one did this in both directions. In both cases the cage fixed it.
