One thing I've already seen about my bike is that the riding pace that my bike likes is much faster than my honda freinds. They can put it in 2nd in the woods and just creep along while I'm, either waiting on them, or behind having to really work the throttle to stay out of thier a**. I want more performance. Will a heelclicker make that problem worse?

wait..
you just said your problem is that you are 2 fast
and you want to go faster?
A heelclicker if I remeber, is like a dial a jet for
your clutch... lets you set it for different engagements
Id say, just get a nice clutch kit with a lower engagement spring, so you can
put along at low rpms if you need to, and not have to spin up the engine as much
your quad will still go as fast, it will just start moving sooner

I know exactly what you are talking about. I have an 03 SP700. I hated shifting from H to L when I got into areas where I couldn't go fast then having to shift back when I got to the straights. The bottom end in H felt boggy. I put a clutch in from Straightline Performance. It has done wonders. Now I can keep it in H and drive as slow or fast as I want.
Hope this helps.

Welcome to the world of polaris. I would recomend that you give Rick Ritter a call at Ritter Cycles (618) 644-3211. Rick will answer the phone and ask what you got and what you want out of it and I bet he will hook you up. Rick knows alot about polaris clutch tuning. You already have a top of the line clutch and you just need to tune it in the way you like it. I called Rick and he sold me a new spring for about 20 bucks and I love it.
