If you look down in the primary clutch(front clutch) and you see a grooved bearing that the belt rides on then yes you have ebs. You can also post your belt number and I can tell you that way because there are ebs belts and non ebs belts.

That was the biggest diff between my old Yamaha Kodiak 450 and the 800 X2 Polaris. Let off the gas on the Po, and the thing virtually stops! The Yamaha had enhanced engine braking (both automatic trannys) but was NOT NEAR AS effective.
