Hey guys,

Anyone who can help me out, this would be great...ok, when i go up one tooth on the rear sprocket, it should accelerate harder, that much i know. but, what i need to know is this...

Since polaris' have no Rev limiter and are only limited by the torque of their engine's ability to turn the top gear ratio, would making that change even affect my top speed? Because with the slightly lower gearing, the engine would be able to rev higher and pull more RPM from the top Gear ratio, maybe giving me the same top speed???

Another thing, i was thinking about raising only one tooth, would that not do anything? thats not much on the rear sprocket. And if it doesn't how high would i have to go to get a good gain? and then, would the top speed be lower?

Thanks for any help you can offer
