If you are talking about the left bolt from the a-arm to the hub, then YEP have had a couple break on this same side always the one towards the front! Had one where I had to replace lower a-arm after it bent! DONT know if its torque related or bad run of bolts,or not enough locktite! Usually breaks flush with hub or works out and breaks.

Anyone know off hand what size they are? It sounds like they are something all of us should have in our trail box.

the bad news is you cant change them without a drill and ez-out if they brake. i got my new ride in sept. so every year in sept. i will change the bolts,it 10$ for all 4,alot better then a-arms,shocks bushing. ect. it seams to always be the front bolt on the lower left arm.

they bust off flush ,only way out is a drill.if you see the rear left wheel wiggle a 1/2 inch or so when you hit the gas,its broke.as far as i know its only on i.r.s. machines.

Can they be replaced with a better grade bolt? Or is it an odd size ploaris thing. I;ll go drop the cash right now if possible.

Havent checked, but probably can find stronger grade bolt. I just replace with stock,NO bulletins or team tips on this problem reported to us YET!
