i have a 94 trailboss it will start up on the first pull but it idles rough and when you try to rev it up it just boggs down. is it that my carb is dirty and the main jet has trash or what any info would help

 

it is probably a prob with the main jet, carb is dirty or fuel filter.

 

where is the fuel filter at on this thing i just got the quad yesterday and dont really know much about polaris or two stroke

 

It may not have a fuel filter it may just have a screen on the drain **** on the tank, make sure that if it does have that screen it isnt plugged, does it run better with the choke, if so you may have a vacuum leak somewhere, or a busted reed valve.
