The White Bros is tunable so you can keep the noise down so is the FMF and both have "quiet cores" avalible .THe spring change will help but you also need to up grade the air filter to a K&N or UNI

Better to do whole clutch? Have k&n already. Where do you suggest buying pipe?

YOu can do the clutches one spring at a time.I dont like kits because you may not like the total results.Do the primary spring ride it then do the secondary spring and see what is changing from stock.
White Bros is hard to find but Rocky Mt ATV has FMF

rocky is great prices

check ebay for used exhaust.. its just as good as new exhaust (if it isnt TOO shot)

if you have access to a sandblaster, you can make it look better than new, 2x better if you have a polishing wheel..

same results can be acheived with sand paper and dremel or all by hand, just takes longer

you can repack them as well if the packing is shot

save ur money! elbow grease for the win

ebay is a great place to buy parts, most big corporations will sell their overstocked parts on ebay brand new for alot less, and the exhaust you buy off them usually come with the matching jet kit, most places gut the package of the jet kit to sell to you seperatley. i built my old blaster off ebay parts, only put a thousand busks into parts, i added up the retail on them and would have paid like 1600 if i got them at a shop.

LOts of good info guys, thanks. Ok, so which spring would be recommended? (and where do i get one?) Really just want to increase my torque/lowend power. Slipon muffler probably better then replacing whole exhaust too, right?

I want instant power in the trails. I want throttle response right now! Don't care that much about top end.just lots of torque.

If this is what you want get a TEAM Rapid Reaction roller secondary clutch and a Polaris white primary spring.
