help with polaris 300

Default help with polaris 300

I have a 300 polaris it is a 1995 it has been a great little bike but I have been a great deal of vibration and shimmy in the front end at about 30 to 35 mph. does any one have any ideas on the problem.

Shounds like it is time for tie rod ends and/or ball joints

Default help with polaris 300

Jack up the front end and start shaking parts till you find what's loose! Shaking the wheels will tell you about your wheel bearings and ball joints. (you'll have to look for movement on the ball joints from behind) Grab the tie rods and check them for worn tie-rod ends.
