Reaper, how big were the holes going into the shed? I would put money that they used buckshot. The holes would be about 1/4". Glad you or your friends weren't hurt. I've had somethings go through my body and can tell you it hurts big time. (Don't play chicken with ATV safety flag sharpened to in a pencil sharpener) Me and my friends were stupid teenagers at times. As Honda's safety video says, "Stupid hurts". It hurt even more when I had to pull it back through my thigh. Hope you get your quad back better than new.

try to find the shot or the bullets.. figure out what type of gun(s) it were.

look for shells, to find where they were shooting from and further identify the gun.

Looks for tire or foot prints near the shell.

Look for other ****

They do tend to come back and admire their own handiwork like they're proud of it and show it off to their friends. When one person is a victim of a crime we all suffer. I feel your pain Reaper. Just hang in there and try not to break your fists. With all thet shooting it seems like the cops would make an effort to get there sooner. But if they're like some of the cops around here they finished eating first.

I lived in a trailer park for a few years and I know they do attract some lowlifes. I lived next to a honest hard working couple but a few doors down there was a trailer that got rented to anyone who could come up with a down payment. Some of the rental trailers had one bunch of white trash after another move in while the rest of us watched the park go downhill and couldn't do anything about it.

 

Unreal...... probably some moronic kids/teens with nothing better to do and access to Dad's guns...... Or some lowlife a$$h013s with their illegal "gats" getting their rocks off....

Either way not responsible gun owners to say the least........ hope the insurance company does not give you any lip and fixes everything for you......

just found out the guns they used, one was a 40 caliber handgun, and the other was a 30/30 hunting rifle. i still havnt got any pics yet, aint been near my quad. the guys that did it were pissed at him friend for reasons unknown or they wont tell. if they get released my friend will make them rush back to the courthouse where they will beg to be safley protected behind them bars... me im not even worried, they claim to have known he was away and that they were just trying to scare him.. my friend sleeps with a 50caliber desert eagle ( which used to be my dads ) on his bed side stand and they think their lethal. just a bunch of little punks trying to play gangster in their own little fantasy world influnced by violent movies and BET. im gonna go to the impound monday to get the pics. ill post them so everyone can see the benifets of insurance.

i belive in gun control, by definition of gun control i mean conrtol gun with both hands...

 

oh yeah i forgot to mention they got the guys, 3 of them atleast, they were not even old enough to legally drink yet. one of the boys mom turned them in.

On the lighter side it saves you from having to buy those fake bullet hole stickers that everyones been buying lately - In all seriousness though thank god no person got hurt and at least you get the satisfaction now of following the case and going to court and looking them in the eye while your testifying about what scum they are and how you now fear for your life & family's and are now having reoccurring nightmares and would feel a lot safer if they were locked up--preferably as long as the law will allow -- Scum like that rate right along side thief's - I wouldn't **** on them if they were on fire. Here in Maine we had some kids do some **** like that but they had gut shot some horses and left, it has happened a couple of times in the past. Best of luck to you, hope you get satisfaction.

 

Man, they made that many shots with a rifle and handgun??? It took someone's mother being an upright citizen to catch these guys??? If that happened in my neighborhood and I saw some punks shooting up my neighbors property, I'd call 911, and I'd get out the Mini 14 and at least chase them off.
