ive had a 500 stuck enough so a 2,500 couldnt pull it out so you can never have too much power on a winch. imo

Yeah, the sucktion? from the mud is a bugger, but if you just try and pick it self up by a tree, it will.

If you have a ****** block, even pulling youself out of the mud shouldn't be a problem.
