Don't spend the money, you won't find it in the shop manual. I have one for my ATP and it didn't say a thing about HP or Torque.

Shop manual IS worth the money if doing most of your own wrenching! IT can help you in repairs that allow you to HAVE hp and torque even though actual specs not mentioned! Trend in a lot of machines now such as lawn equipment is not using hp ratings. Even one of our lines (VESPA) uses KW at certain rpms to describe max power output at driveshaft. BUT can breakdown into hp. IMO that this is just the beginning of trying to GLOBALIZE or to make UNIVERSAL standards of measurement world wide. JUST an OPT,What do I know whats going to happen in future years?

Old Polaris Tech:
Sorry for not being clear buddy, you are 100% right, I am the proud owner of a grease stained shop manual for my old ATP (put the stains there myself) and will have one for my SP 800 ASAP. They are 100% worth the money ifyour are going to wrench it yourself.
I meant simply that you don't want to spend the $$ if your are looking for HP or Torque specs. My shop manual saved me over $800 with the front end.
