just sit all the way back on the back of your seat and give it some gas and a steady pull on your handlebars it should come up without any trouble.... mine does it easily and it is a bone stock 500 2x4 seeing as yours is a 400 with 4x4 you might have to pull a lil harder but it should do it

 

Sounds like you need to keep it on the ground before you hurt yourself.
