THE FACTORY POLARIS FAN FROM A 2004 POLARIS SPORTSMAN 400 AND YOU CAN GET IT FROM POLARIS FOR 200 (U.S CURRENCY) OR YOU CAN ORDER IT FROM THE COMPANY THAT MAKES IT FOR 72.00 PLUS SHIPPING. More stuff, SP500 with the hubs that lock. Front wheel bearings that go inside hub & strut. Timken L44649 & L44643 can be bought at napa or any parts store. I measured the oil seals and call a local bearing supply store. They wanted more for the seals than polaris did.

Where can you buy Polaris oil? For me that would be for my SP800? Would walmart have
that since they have the filter?

I have always used the valvaline 10-40 atv oil. It's a little cheaper than the Polaris brand.

My '06 500 took 0w-40 but my '08 500 takes 2W-50 according to the owner's manual. I think Polaris is phasing out their 10W-40 and switching to 2W-50 as one common oil for singles and twins. We should know as soon as someone buys an '09 500.
