Default Need help with two questions

First question. How do I tighten the chain on the 03 tb i've got the 06 and the setup is different on my brothers.

Second question. The 03 tb of my brothers he bought used and it has fender flares on it. I would like to find some of these for my 06 but can't find them anywhere. I think the fenders are the same on the two so they should work on the different year models.

03 must loosen at least ONE rear brake caliper holder bolts, plus pinch bolts in rear axle housing, center housing rotates toward front of machine to tighten chain. 06 caliper assy different, just loosen pinch bolts at rear housing. IF NO hole in side of sprocket that a punch goes in to lock housing while turning wheels forward (lot of times hole not lined up in sprocket),Just use pipe wrench( dont scar housing) turn until chain about 3/8"-1/2" slack, then tighten pinch bolts. ALSO can strike TABS on side of rear housing with blunt punch,BUT be carefull not to break em!!
