sloppy steering scrambler 400

does anyone know of better tie rod ends for the 99 scrambler i have all kinds of play in my steering?

The new SP and I presume the scrambler have heim joints that are better the original tie rod ends. If you want something even better go to your local bearing supplier and pick 4 industrial Heim joints. They will cost you about half of the P price and will outlast them 10 to 1. Some modifications will be needed because the bolthole is 1/2" instead of 3/8" bushings etc. Not to difficult for someone mechanically inclined.

Also, check the lower steering post bushing. When they loosen up you'll get play in the bars before the wheels move.
