If filling rear carrier with too much grease can pop out seal, plus can loctite around edges of seal and install, but housing must be clean.

On a new dry housing I grease the bearings first, then pump in about 8-10 pumps. About every 50 hrs or sooner depending on riding conditions, give it a couple pumps.
