Are you referring to these lights found at this URL?
http://www.abllights.com/5x5_work_lamps/standard.html
If so, they say "CAT" on them but are made by ABL. The price of the cat ones are about $88.00 each Canadian dollars and the exact same ABL light sells for $40.95 Canadian each.Your choice in the 12 or 24V H3 bulb. You can also choose 35W, 55W, or 100W bulbs. There is also flood of spot lenses available. If you want to learn more about these lights feel free to ask, I am fairly educated in the field.

Hey D3, you know PG is a great place to live if you are into the outdoors eh? All the camping fishing and quading, dirt biking you can handle. Right in your back yard. I am loving it here, if ya can look past the pulp mills and all the stink that is...Ha ha.

Hey Real 4x4, if you go to the 100W bulbs you will most likely run into problems. Your alternator is only putting out a certain amount of amps and if you have too much load on that little alternator (or is it a magneto?) you can stress it and burn it out prematurely. You may already be doing damage with the 2 55W bulbs that you already have on there. Did you disable the stock polaris lighting?

Another problem with 100W bulbs is again the amp draw they need. Small guage wiring and harnesses can burn up and melt if the wire is to small to accomodate the large amp draw.

And yet one last thing...100W H3 halogen bulbs get very hot and are easily damaged and prematurely burt out due to vibration. The 55W's are more durable especially on an ATV.
If you look at the little spring resistor inside the bulb, it breaks and then nothing...no light.
If you stick with good quality H3 bulbs from companies like Hella or Sylvania or G.E. or Phillips ect..They will out last the cheap Asian made ones.

Now you know why your stock polaris only has 20 to 35W bulbs I think it is. Someone correct me if I am mistaken.

Remember learing about electricity? E=IxR or the triangle version.
