Default 2008 800 HO

Purchased the bike just before Xmas in 2007. Am on my 5th pin located on the back rear drive train on the prop shaft. This pin is a coiled pin approx. 1.25 " long. Not hard to change but kind of a pain. Anyone else had this problem? Have the dealer looking into it with Polaris but just wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Any input would be grateful.

I haven't had a problem with the roll pin so far.

most roll pins are harded steel spring pins. im amazed that it broke it instead of falling out. something out of alignment? if its the pin im thinking of caper, its the one that holds the unversal joint type on the output shaft on the trans or rearend.

I thin your right sten, I can't believe it broke, I'd say the alignment is messed up
