Hello, new here. I just turned 16. i have been messing with my trailblazer 250 for a little time now.. and have had it custom painted and such. about to start the performance stage of this project..finally! the fun stuff!
anyway...i looked around about nerfs for it. i seen raptor and banshee nerfs fit. can you tell me which brand fit yours? i seen some raptor 700 alba nerfs for 80$

btw my performance plans for this sucker are

FMF Fatty w/ powercore 2 silencer
K&N clamp on
Hot shot CDI
Clutch kit
maybe a bore .40 or .60
bigger carb if i can get a job haha

i have searched a little and have seen some of you have trailblazers with mods..
Post those bad boys up! i love to see a trailblazer someone has tricked out!
but then ill shatter your dreams when i post mine because it looks so kick ***!
hahaha

hope you guys can help me. i can see there are A LOT of people on here.

Dont waist your money on FMF or a CDI.GEt you a RCR Stage 1 kit and when you need a topend job have it bored to next size and have it ported.

why? i say you get what you pay for. and for 325$. it seems like there has to be something not as good as the FMF.

The main reason you dont want FMF is they are almost impossible to get the clutching right.Go with RcR,HPD,Aaen,Dynoport,or Hotseat. These companys specialize in Polaris machines. The CVT trannys have to be clutched to the rpm range of the pipe for everything to work right. The CDI is a waist of money due to the fact that rpms are controlled by clutching and notr neccesaryly by the CDI.Dont let your BUDDYS that ride the Jap machines try to tell you about Polaris mods. These things are a totally dif animal and respond differently to mods.
If you want to make it haul but go with HPD pipe and aggressive clutch kit.Rick at RcR can sub the HPD pipe on his kits too. When it come for rebuild time get it Ported and then you will be running close to the 400s and out running 350s.I know what I am saying here......we had a modded 2001 TB and it would run great.

i want to put nerfs on cause the floorboards are annoying. they send a jarring vibration up my legs.

so get the RCR stage one kit. and tell him to sub in an HPD pipe?
and isnt the agressive clutch kit like 200$?

when you put a pipe or an end pipe on these polaris 2 strokes you have to adjust the clutch so you can launch at higher RPM's.Your perfomance will be effected if you don't do this if you get a pipe.
