I checked the voltage of all the wires to the t-bap sensor at the plug and again up the harness about 16 inches, they all check the same at the plug and up the harness, the purple and pink wires show nothing, the orange shows 5 volts and the red -white shows 4.6 volts how long is the replacement harness wires?

 

Harness kit wires about a foot long,plenty long enough to get back far enough past where zip tied. Problem area is usually where they bend and zip tie from main harness. Usually breaks/frayed internally,CAN work good for a while and then run crappy!
