the cheapest way to upgrade your quad is the basic 3-step-mod, which includes an aftermarket exhaust, jetkit, and air filter. if you want your stallion at its peak then machine shop work would really give you power.

4stn4cr -

I just went up to a SP800, I toiled with upgrades and cost as to what helped gear my decision.
Also, to add to DVR post, is many upgrade their clutch to, that may help if your willing to add to
the other things. As for the flashing wrench, I suspect you investigated why its doing it? Hope there
are no mechanical reasons for it flashing, may want to check into it. If it is flashing cause its "Service time"
and you want to clear it you need to go in the diagnostic mode. Put it in neutral, turn on the quad then turn
off with your yellow reverse override button in turn key back on and off in a quick fashion and I believe
you will get into it. You will have to navigate thru the menu with the Yellow reverse ovveride button. Once
you get to the service miles you can clear the setting and choose your next service interval like another 50 miles
or 100 for your next oil change etc. (hope it helps, search the forums, theres lots of posts on the subject"

Regards,

R'

I turn my service reminder off because I don't need it, and if I see any blinking I'll automatically know it's a problem and not just time to service it.

it sounds like your saying that polaris is the only real quad, well ide have to agree on that for most part. i owned alot of quads and polaris is the only one that i havnt had any problems with... although the resale value sucks but i hope i never see the end of my polaris...

We bought our Dodge min-wans for 26k plus, 7 years ago. Carmas appraised
it at $2000 dollars. The van has $116k miles on it, ran pretty good, few blemishes
on the carpets and exterior had a small side swipe on the bumper corner, not
that noticable. KBB said 3to5K depending on the condition, I think we could of
got more but with all the headaches we just sold it.

I don't appreciate DEPRECIATION very much, LOL.

Best bang for the buck would be a heelclicker clutch kit, power to the ground with no belt slip.
