Oh ok yea i ve never paid attn to it. Ill practice on my old carb cause that one hasnt been drilled yet. See how i do an what i find. Ill turn that a few times an see what it does .

youll want to start by turning it all the way in. not tight, just so it stops. then back it out 1.5 to 2 turns. start the machine. while idling back it out until it runs rough. then turn it back in til it runs the smoothest. you should be somewhere around 2- 2 3/4 turns out i'd say.

HAHA! Aite well ill try that sometime soon! Hopefully that ll solve my problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If it dont ill just save a few dollars an let the dealer look at it an see what they can do. Yea all this didnt start happinin till i put that pipe on [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

First off, get a ****, It helps a lot. Second, Confirm what you have for jets, throttle valve, etc in your new carb and compare it to stock specs. Third, contact the pipe manufacturer and see if they have any recommendations as to jetting from stock. I would hate to see you burn the engine down from trial and error. Confirm what you have and work from there.
