machine not wanting to run HELP!

if it smells like fuel... then its gotta be chokin it self out.. would you agree? first i would play with the choke cable a bit till you can give it gas without it boggin out.. see if that helps

Check the oil and see if it smells like gas, the needle and seat can go bad in the carb and fill the crankcase with gas.
