I was wondering if anyone had information on a reverse rev. override mod. and a mod. that makes the reverse lights come on when you put the machine in reverse. I saw an old post on this where the guy posted a link to a schematic but I was unable to pull it up. Does anyone have this file saved so they can send it to me or re-post it? I am looking for diagrams so I can do this stuff myself. I don't want to resort to buying kits just yet.

 

reverse override is easy. find the rev limiter and unplug the black wire from it. no more button to push. the reverse lights would be easy too i just dont know the wire colors. but get you a standard automotive relay and find the wire that is hot when the bike is in reverse. run a hot wire from your battery to the relay and sensor wire from the reverse sense wire to the relay then off that run a wire to your reverse lights.
