I bought a set of 22x12.5x10 spydertrac tires for my scrambler cuz the stockies wore out.
I got them mounted and was amazed by the size, then after I went for a ride, we got a lot of rain making the snow into slush. I took the scrambler though the trails and could'nt believe the traction I was getting, these tires were grabbing traction in 6" of slush and snow.
I ride the main rode to trails and usually go along at 50 to 60mph, being an aggressive tire I thought it was going to be a ruff ride but it was smoother than the stock ones.

All's I gotta say is these spydertrac tires get the traction when you need it and if theres no traction give'em a second they'll find some.

Good choice...wider than stock too. I noticed the improved stability when installing my wider rear tires too.

Wait till you try them in the mud!

Are they larger or smaller than the stock tires? Just wondering, Im planning on buying some tires soon to replace my stock balloon ones, looking to get the best bang for my buck..

Ya their wider and a little taller than stock, but it's not noticable when your riding.

They look really mean too.

My son just put Spidertracs on his 99 Sport. The traction gain over the Titans is really quite noticable. I think they're a really good tire. We also did a few other mods, i.e. bored .020 over, v-force reed, wiseco piston, 42 tooth rear sprocket, Hotseat clutch and pipe, 300 jet in the carb. This thing launches hard, pulls nice wheelies, and really makes the old adrenalin start pumpin'. On thing about it..... need to own a gas station the way it goes thru fuel!

Did you put them all around? If not, what are you running in the front (and size)? I really don't like my Titan 489's. They aren't terrible tires. . .they just don't suit my needs the best.

FearSys I don't have the 4x model so I kept the stock titan's on the front, if you put the spyders on the front I would get aftermarket ball joints.
